Crate subscription plans
Crate has three paid plans — Starter, Pro and Growth — plus a 14-day free trial. Here's what each one includes so you can pick the right fit for your business.
Crate gives every new merchant a 14-day free trial with full access, so you can build your store and take real orders before committing. When you're ready, there are three paid plans — each unlocking more of Crate's advanced tools.
The three plans
- Crate Starter — for solopreneurs with a growing product range. A personal storefront, unlimited products, simple analytics, website customisation and a monthly batch of messaging credits.
- Crate Pro — our most popular plan, ideal for medium-sized businesses. Everything in Starter plus advanced analytics with date-comparison, staff accounts, more customer groups and a bigger messaging allowance.
- Crate Growth — designed for big-scale businesses. Everything in Pro plus multi-currency selling, point of sale, multiple locations, the largest messaging allowance and assisted migration from other tools.
Billing periods
Each plan can be paid quarterly, biannually or annually. Longer commitments cost less per month — annual billing carries the biggest saving — and you can switch period whenever you renew.
Picking the right one
Don't overthink it. Start with the cheapest plan that covers the one feature you most need today — staff accounts, advanced analytics, POS, multi-currency — and upgrade later as you grow. Upgrades take effect immediately and you only pay the difference.
