What Crate connects to
Crate is deliberately not an app store. What it connects to is a short list of the things a small business actually already pays for, and every one of them is on this page with an honest label on it.
What does Crate integrate with?
Crate connects to payment providers including Paystack and Flutterwave, to the sales channels WhatsApp and Instagram, and to delivery through Shipbubble, with a REST API and webhooks for anything else. Payment and delivery integrations settle into your own accounts rather than through Crate. Accounting and marketing integrations, including QuickBooks, Zapier and Mailchimp, are planned rather than available, and each of their pages says so and names what you can use today instead, which is CSV export for accounting and webhooks for automation. Crate deliberately keeps a short integration list rather than an app store, because every connection is another thing that has to keep working for a business that has nobody to maintain it.

Not on the list?
Crate has a REST API and sends webhooks when an order is placed, paid, shipped or refunded, and when a product runs out of stock. Anything that can receive a webhook can already act on a Crate event, which covers most of what people ask an integration for.
