Planned

QuickBooks and Crate

Send sales, fees and payouts to your books without re-typing them.

This integration is not available yet. It is on this page because it is planned and because you asked, not because it shipped. What you can use today is described below.

Does Crate integrate with QuickBooks?

Not yet. A QuickBooks integration is planned and is not available today, and this page says so rather than implying otherwise. Until it ships, Crate exports orders, payouts and fees as CSV on any date range, which is the format an accountant or a bookkeeper can import directly, so the figures reach the books without anybody re-typing a line.

What it does

Each line below is either available today or labelled planned in its own words. Nothing here is aspirational without saying so.

  • Planned: sales, refunds, fees and payouts posted to your chart of accounts.
  • Planned: one payout in Crate reconciling against one deposit in the books.
  • Available today: CSV export of orders, payouts and fees for any date range.
  • Available today: a per-payout breakdown showing which orders it settled.

Setting it up

Not available yet. What to do in the meantime.

  1. This integration is not available yet.
  2. Until it is, export from Reports, then Payouts, and hand the CSV to your bookkeeper.

Planned. Nothing on this page is available today except the CSV export, which is.
