Crate's referral program is a simple way to earn while you help other merchants grow. Share your referral code, and when someone you refer signs up and upgrades to a paid plan, you earn ₦10,000 in wallet credit.
There's nothing to apply for — every store has a referral code ready to share from day one.
How it works
- Share your code. Send it to other business owners however you like — WhatsApp, your status, a group chat.
- They sign up. When a merchant joins Crate using your code, the referral is tracked to your account automatically.
- You earn. Once they upgrade to a paid plan, ₦10,000 is credited to your wallet.
Good to know
- You can refer as many merchants as you like. Referral earnings are capped at an annual limit, shown on your Referrals page.
- Rewards are tied to paid upgrades — a referred merchant has to move onto a paying plan for the credit to qualify.
- Track everything live from the Referrals page: who you've referred, how many have qualified, and the total you've earned.

Open Referrals
From the dashboard sidebar, open Referrals under the Online Store group. This is your referral home — your code, your stats and your rewards in one place.

Find your referral code
Your unique referral code sits at the top of the page. Anyone who signs up to Crate with this code is tracked back to you.

Share it
Use Copy to grab your code, or Share on WhatsApp to send it straight to your network. The more merchants you bring on, the more you earn.

Track your rewards
The stats cards show how many merchants you've referred and the rewards you've earned so far. Your credit lands in your wallet as referrals qualify.
